Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

As Calisthenics Coaching is a Digital Product and Digital Service, as soon as you purchase you will have immediate access to all content available. You hereby acknowledge that your purchase cannot be cancelled and that Erik Grabandt (the Seller) is not obliged to provide you with a refund.

Refunds for the Product and Service shall only be given in line with our terms and conditions:
 

  • If you meet the criteria under our Money Back Guarantee;

  • If there is a technical issue that the Seller is responsible for, which has prevented you from accessing the Program within 48 hours of purchasing;

  • If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical fault. Genuine multiple orders by the same person are not eligible for a refund; or

  • If your payment was not a genuine transaction (e.g. card fraud).

Money Back Guarantee

The refund window varies depending on your payment plan:

 

  • Monthly Payment Plan: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase date

  • Annual Payment Plan: Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of your initial purchase date

To be eligible for a refund under either plan, you must have:

  • Actively followed your personalised training plan inside the app;

  • Submitted at least:

    • Monthly Payment Plan: 10 form review videos for coaching feedback

    • Annual Payment Plan: 30 form review videos for coaching feedback; and

  • Provided evidence that you have seen no improvement in your training performance or skill progression from the Program.

Evidence to support the above must be provided with clear indication of dates, training logs, and genuine effort to apply the coaching provided. The evidence will be reviewed by the Seller who will make the ultimate decision as to your eligibility for a refund.

Change of Mind & Early Termination

Even if you made an accidental purchase, changed your mind, or realised there are reasons why the Program is not suitable for you, we will not be able to issue a refund outside of the conditions listed above.

Technical Issues

The Program may present technical issues related to your device, operating software, or other applications that can interfere with performance. Issues of this nature are not necessarily the result of an oversight during the Product's development and may be outside of the Seller's control. The Seller shall always strive to resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Experiencing minor technical issues while the Seller is actively working to resolve them will not constitute grounds for a refund.
